About

Hi, I’m Rae– a lifelong explorer with a passion for food, travel, history and music – and finding the best gluten-free food along the way!

Twelve years ago, I discovered that I have gluten intolerance. Since then, my everyday experiences – from grocery shopping to dining out – became a little more complicated. But they also opened up a whole new world of discovery. I started learning how to navigate menus, seek out hidden gluten-free gems, and cook with creativity. Most of all, I realised how important it is to find food that’s not just safe, but satisfying.

I created this blog to share my journey and connect with others who love to travel, appreciate history, and understand the challenges (and joys) of living gluten-free. Whether I’m exploring centuries-old castles, walking through charming old towns, or enjoying a scenic countryside escape, I’m always on the lookout for high-quality gluten-free eats – and I’m here to share those finds with you.

This space is part travel journal, part gluten-free guide, and part celebration of culture, food, and curiosity. I hope it inspires your own adventures – both on the road and at the table.

Thanks for stopping by!
